FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to plastic surgery. Method for preventing recurrent mastitis ptosis involves dissection and de-epidermisation of the periareolar zone and the lower pole of the mammary gland along the preoperative Weiss lines, installation of silicone breast implant in retropectoral space, cutting out and closing of mobilized skin cover of mammary gland with anchor plating. After incision and de-epidermisation of the skin along the lines of preoperative marking, from the tissues in the projection of the lower pole of the mammary gland by means dissection in the fat layer, a de-epidermised dermal-fascial-flap flap is formed with involvement of derma and a superficial leaf of fascia of Scarpa, with preservation of sub-dermal vascular plexus and with base of flap facing submammary fold. Apex of the flap is dissected by a median vertical incision in the caudal direction into two symmetrical parts； the length of the intact portion of the flap corresponds to the length of the arch of the lower pole of the mammary gland. After mobilization of lateral skin-fat flaps to anterior axillary line laterally and to parasternal line medially, as well as after applying an upper edge of areola adapting in new position of suture, each of parts split in two parts of dermal-fascial-fat flap is fixed by absorbable sutures laterally and medially from teat-areolar complex through entire thickness of parenchyma of gland to anterior surface of greater pectoral muscle at level 4-5 of intercostal space.
