PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antiviral composition having a sufficient inactivation effect on a virus regardless of the presence or absence of an envelope, immediate effectivity, and a stable anti-virus effect during a long-term storage.SOLUTION: The antiviral composition contains fine particles of a monovalent copper compound, a reductant, and a dispersion medium, and the pH of the antiviral composition is 6 or less.
