PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine and a method contributing to a treatment for cancer by efficiently introducing into animal cells an antigen protein gene derived from a microorganism.SOLUTION: The complex includes: a vector encoding a gene of an antigen protein derived from a microorganism, for example, the antigen protein, ESAT-6, derived from Mycobacterium tuberculosis and a gene transfer reagent selected from cationic polymer, cationic lipid, and anionic polymer.
