An aqueous negative contrast agent for CT imaging of the gastrointestinal tract and the preparation method thereof. It comprises (weight percent): hydrogel matrix 0.01-1%, materials with low densities 5-50%, stabilizing agents 0.1-5%, and the rest is deionized water, wherein hydrogel is formed by cellulose and the derivatives thereof, agar, gelatin, acacia, tragacanth, chitosan and sodium polyacrylate. The low density materials comprise air, carbon dioxide, nitrogen, oxygen, fluoroalkanes, chlorofluoroalkanes, thiofluoroalkanes, inert gases and their combinations, or polymer particles of polyethylene and polypropylene. The stabilizing agent comprises proteins, caprolactone gluconate, ionic and nonionic surfactants, lipids, amphiphilic polymers and their combinations. The said contrast agent can help clearly present the intestine wall and the intestine lumen, can enhance the sensitivity and specificity of CT diagnosis for the diseases on the intestinal wall and intestinal lumen.위장관의 CT 영상용 수성 음성 조영제 및 그 제조 방법이 개시된다. 상기 조영제는 중량 백분율로 수화겔 기질 0.01-1%, 저밀도 물질 5-50%, 안정제 0.1-5%와, 나머지 탈이온수를 포함하고, 상기 수화겔은 셀룰로오스 및 그 유도체, 한천, 젤라틴, 아카시아, 트래거캔스, 키토산 또는 소듐 폴리아크릴레이트로 형성된다. 상기 저밀도 물질에는 공기, 이산화탄소, 질소, 산소, 플루오로알칸, 클로로플루오로알칸, 티오플루오로알칸, 불활성 기체 및 이들의 조합 또는 폴리에틸렌 및 폴리프로필렌의 중합체 입자가 포함된다. 상기 안정제에는 단백질, 카프로락톤 글루코네이트, 이온성 및 비이온성 계면활성제, 지질, 양친매성 중합체 및 이들의 조합이 포함된다. 상기 조영제는 장 벽 및 장 내강을 명확하게 나타내게 도와줄 수 있으며, 장 벽 및 장 내강 상의 질병의 CT 진단에서 민감도와 특이성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
