The present invention relates to a drug injector for internal diseases. As the released gelated drug flows along a guide part formed on an outer circumferential surface of the body, the gelated drug can be thoroughly applied to the inside of anus, uterine cervix, or vagina.본 실시예는 젤형 약제가 담긴 튜브용 또는 주사기형의 용기를 일단에 결합하고, 이를 통해 제공되는 젤형 약제를 몸체에 형성된 분출구를 통해 항문 또는 자궁 경부나 질 내부로 분출하되, 분출된 젤형 약제가 몸체의 외주면에 형성된 가이드부를 따라 유동되도록 함으로써 항문 또는 자궁 경부나 질 내부에 젤형 약제가 골고루 도포될 수 있도록 하는 내부 질환용 약물 주입기에 관한 것이다.
