A catheter (11) for directing biliopancreatic secretions comprises an elongate tubular wall (16) extending between a proximal end portion (12) and a distal end portion (13), the tubular wall (16) having an outer layer (17) and at least one inner coating (18) forming an internal surface (19) which defines a fluid passage channel (20) of the catheter (11), wherein the inner coating (18) is degradable and adapted to detach from the tubular wall (16) together with possible depositions thereon.La présente invention concerne un cathéter (11) de guidage des sécrétions biliopancréatiques qui comprend une paroi tubulaire allongée (16) sétendant entre une partie dextrémité proximale (12) et une partie dextrémité distale (13), la paroi tubulaire (16) ayant une couche extérieure (17) et au moins un revêtement intérieur (18) formant une surface interne (19) qui définit un canal de passage de fluide (20) du cathéter (11), le revêtement intérieur (18) étant dégradable et adapté à se détacher de la paroi tubulaire (16) conjointement à déventuels dépôts sur celui-ci.
