A medical device and methods of delivery of the medical device within a patients body are disclosed by the present invention. The medical device includes a first elongate member, a second elongate member and a coupling member. The coupling member is configured to be coupled to and extend between the first elongate member and the second elongate member to couple the first elongate member to the second elongate member when the medical device is in a first configuration. The coupling member is configured to be decoupled from at least one of the first elongate member and the second elongate member when the medical device is in a second configuration.
