PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope capable of reducing time and effort for cleaning and cost for storage after use.SOLUTION: An endoscope 10 for observing an object to be observed includes: a lens tube 30 for transmitting reflected light from the object to be observed an injection needle 20 for guiding the lens tube to the object to be observed a connection cable 100 for transmitting the reflected light from the object to be observed and a connecting unit 40 for optically connecting the connection cable to the lens tube. The connecting unit includes a connector 50 fitted with the lens tube and the injection needle, and a connector receiver 60 fitted to one end of the connection cable to which the connector is detachably attached.
