PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent abrasion and damage of a wire and improve operability.SOLUTION: A medical pinching apparatus comprises: a plurality of pinching pieces 10a, 10b opening and closing by rotating with a rotation fulcrum part 21 as a fulcrum a cylindrical member 20 for supporting the rotation fulcrum part 21 so as to protrude the front end sides of the pinching pieces 10a, 10b forward and a wire 51 stored in the cylindrical member 20 so as to be aligned in a radial direction of the cylindrical member 20. The pinching pieces 10a, 10b are rotated by pulling the wire 51. A guide member 60 having a plurality of through holes 61 is provided inside the cylindrical member 20.
