PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile electronic appliance or the like capable of reducing power consumption of the whole mobile electronic appliance.SOLUTION: A mobile terminal 1 determines whether or not a walking state of an object person is an excessive state. The mobile terminal 1 starts a millimeter wave sensor when the walking state is the excessive state, calculates exercise intensity of the object person based on a detection result of the millimeter wave sensor, and determines an exercise state based on the exercise intensity.
