PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a biphasic calcium phosphate scaffold loaded with a hyaluronic acid-gelatin hydrogel is provided to increase the mechanical strength of an artificial bone and to implement a porous structure. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing biphasic calcium phosphate scaffold loaded with a hyaluronic acid-gelatin hydrogel comprises the following steps: preparing a hyaluronic acid-gelatin solution by adding 0.5-2wt% of a hyaluronic acid solution to 10-20wt% of a gelatin solution; forming a biphasic calcium phosphate coating layer on a sponge by putting the sponge into biphasic calcium phosphate slurry and drying the slurry; manufacturing the biphasic calcium phosphate scaffold by maintaining the sponge in a sintering furnace of 1,200-1,300 deg. C for 10 minutes; loading the hyaluronic acid-gelatin solution on the biphasic calcium phosphate scaffold; and crosslinking the biphasic calcium phosphate scaffold with the hyaluronic acid-gelatin solution.히알루론산-젤라틴 용액이 로딩된 이상인산칼슘 지지체의 제조방법이 개시되어 있다. 본 발명은 동결건조기술과 복제품제조기술을 병행하여 히알루론산-젤라틴 용액과 이상인산칼슘 지지체를 조합함으로써, 인공뼈의 기계적 강도를 증가시키고, 다공성구조의 체적화를 구현하며, 뼈 재생을 위한 최적화된 생체적 합성구조 모방이 가능하도록 한 것이다.
