PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-resistant peeling mechanism that reliably enables peeling and opening even if water wetting is caused, in an information communicator, etc., that causes the blocking due to the water wetting or disables peeling from a pseudo-adhesion portion due to paper material breakdown, and to provide an information communicator using the same.SOLUTION: A water-resistant peeling mechanism H is provided for peeling leaf disks 1 and 2, which are peelably stacked while causing steps due to mismatching of end edges through a pseudo-adhesion film sheet G, from the step portion. The water-resistant peeling mechanism H is characterized in that a recess by a pushing line is formed along the step portion of the leaf disk 1 projecting in the step portion, and an end edge of the leaf disk 2 at the side opposed to the projecting leaf disk 1 forms the beginning of peeling by non-pseudo-adhesion or weak pseudo-adhesion region along the recess portion.
