PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DRR image creation device capable of performing positioning of a DRR image and an X-ray image accurately and easily by sharpening a region between a bone part and a soft tissue.SOLUTION: A DRR image creation part 31 includes an image processing part 32 for executing various kinds of image processing. The image processing part 32 includes: a weighting part 33 for executing weighting processing for a region having a CT value between a CT value corresponding to a bone part in CT image data acquired from a treatment planning device 99 and a CT value corresponding to a soft tissue a CT value calculation part 34 that sets a plurality of calculation points on a line segment corresponding to a geometric arrangement of an X-ray imaging system reproduced on a computer, and performs interpolation based on CT values around the calculation points so as to calculate CT values of the calculation points and a CT value accumulation part 35 for creating a DRR image by accumulating the CT values after the calculation of the calculation points located on the line segment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】 骨部と軟部組織との間の領域を鮮鋭化することにより、DRR画像とX線画像との位置決めを高精度かつ容易に実行することが可能なDRR画像作成装置を提供する。【解決手段】 DRR画像作成部31は、各種の画像処理を実行する画像処理部32を備える。この画像処理部32は、治療計画装置99から取得したCT画像データにおける骨部に対応するCT値と軟部組織に対応するCT値との間のCT値を有する領域に対して重みづけ処理を実行する重みづけ部33と、コンピュータ上に再現したX線撮影系の幾何学的配置に対応した線分上に複数の計算点を設定し、この計算点の周囲のCT値に基づいて補間を行うことにより計算点のCT値を演算するCT値演算部34と、線分上に位置する計算点の演算後のCT値を累積することによりDRR画像を作成するCT値累積部35とを備える。【選択図】 図2
