The present invention relates to a light emitting diode (LED) fish attracting lamp device configured to allow heat generated in an LED fish attracting lamp to be transferred to a fish attracting lamp installation stand within a short time by closely attaching the LED fish attracting lamp to the outer circumferential surface of a hollow fish attracting lamp installation stand, to efficiently cool high heat generated by a high output of an LED when an LED fish attracting lamp using an LED as a light source is used. According to the present invention, the LED fish attracting lamp device comprises: an LED module (120) including a printed circuit board (122) and a plurality of LEDs (121) arranged in a matrix form on the printed circuit board (122) in a row direction and a column direction, and configured to emit light forward when power is supplied； a fish attracting lamp case (110) including the LED module (120) therein and having a heat radiation function； and a lens (200) located on the LED module (120), having a cylindrical structure, and configured to emit an asymmetric light beam, wherein the lens (200) has a structure in which one or more unit cylindrical lenses elongated in a column direction are disposed in a lateral direction, and a plurality of LEDs are disposed in the column direction in each of the unit cylindrical lenses.
