PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a riding lawn-mowing vehicle having improved electric motor-cooling systems.SOLUTION: This riding lawn-mowing vehicle having first and second electric motors 16, 18 for driving two main driving wheels 12, 14 and a lawn mower is characterized by fixing air-cooling fans 78 to the end portions of the rotation shafts 54 of the first and second electric motors 16, 18, respectively. Hereby, the first and second electric motors 16, 18 can be cooled with cooling air sent by the driving of the air-cooling fans 78. Preferably, motor control units 76 which are inverters for driving the electric motors 16, 18 are disposed at places facing the air-cooling fans 78.
