According to the present invention, a massager placed on a lower end of a product is rotated to give a massage. A cylindrical pillar placed in a circle may move up or down and be rotated. As the cylindrical pillar moves up or down, a hitting effective may be given. As the cylindrical pillar is rotated, a kneading effect may be obtained. In addition, the massager is permanently chargeable by using a charger. Differently from a conventional massager, since the massager has a small size, the massager is easily portable. The massager may more delicately perform a massage. As described above, the present invention may solve problems of a conventional massager which cannot sufficiently and delicately perform a massage, requires much power, and cannot perform a kneading operation.
