Upper part of implant with its upper side, and lower part of implant with its lower side respectively are applied on bones connected to each other in mobile way with rest upon them. Upper and/or lower part of implant includes regions of connection, which respectively form part of connection. Included is means of connection, which connects upper and lower parts of implant to each other with formation of assembled constructive unit and provision of possibility of joint movement. In accordance with the invention upper and/or lower part of implant respectively includes facing respective bone, fixed on it support part, which forms upper and/or, respectively, lower side of implant, as well as attached to support part of connection, including area of connection of implant part.
