Catheter using an optical fiber and a camera, the catheter comprising: a shaft (10) formed therein with a hollow portion (11) longitudinally along the shaft (10), including a flexible material, and having the form cylindrical; a cover (20) including a head (21) having a same outer diameter as an outer diameter of the shaft (10), an insertion portion (22) integral with one side of the head (21) and having a diameter external identical to an inner diameter of the shaft (10) so that the insertion portion (22) is inserted into an inner circumference of the shaft (10), an insertion slot of the chamber (23) cross-sectionally U-shaped from one end of the head (21) to one end of the insertion portion (22) so that the insertion slot of the chamber (23) is made concave toward a center of the insertion portion (22), and has a corresponding depth 1/2 to 2/3 based on a diameter of the insertion portion (22), a wire insertion hole (26) transversely and at right formed through the center of the insert (22 ) while being spaced from one end of the head (23) and having both ends to commu nicate with an outer circumference of the insertion portion (22) and an inner part to communicate with the insertion slot of the chamber (23), a wire guide slot (27) having a concave shape formed from both ends of hole inserting the wire (26) to one end of the insertion portion (22), and an insertion slot of illumination (25) and an insertion slot of the injection tube (24) which are spaced apart and have section transverse U-shaped from one end of the head (21) to the end of the insertion portion (22); a wire (30) having an insertion portion (31) to pass through the insertion hole of the wire (26) and a longitudinal portion (32) formed along the slot guide wire (27) being coupled thereto time to the insertion portion (31) and having an outer circumference in contact with or spaced from the inner circumference of the shaft (10); a camera (40) inserted into the insertion slot of the chamber (23) such
