The three-dimensional sea cucumber culture method comprises establishing a three-dimensional sea cucumber culture system in a culture environment. The three-dimensional sea cucumber culture system comprises a culture platform provided with at least one supporting member, a net-cage culture device connected with the at least one supporting member through at least one connecting member so as to be located in the culture environment, and a hanging culture device connected with the at least one supporting member through at least one hanging rope so as to be hung in the culture environment. Further, juvenile sea cucumbers are put into the net-cage culture device to be raised to a first special size, and then, the sea cucumbers are transferred to the hanging culture device to raise.
