摘要：: The present invention relates to disubstituted tetrahydrofuranyl compounds of general formula Iwherein the variables R1, R2 and X are defined as described hereinafter, the enantiomers, the diastereomers, the mixtures and the salts thereof, particularly the physiologically acceptable salts thereof with organic or inorganic acids or bases, which have valuable properties, processes for preparing them, the medicaments containing the pharmacologically effective compounds as well as the preparation thereof and the use thereof.本發明係關於具有有價值性質之通式I之雙取代四氫呋喃基化合物：其中變數R1、R2及X如下文中所述定義，其對映異構體、非對映異構體、混合物及鹽，特定言之其與有機或無機酸或鹼之生理學上可接受之鹽，其製備方法、含有藥理學有效化合物之藥物，以及其製備及其用途。
