PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for spraying a medical powder inside a body which can stably spray a medical powder such as an anti-adhesive material to the inside of a body together with a pressure gas, enables an intended treatment such as adhesion prevention for example in endoscopic surgery or the like easily and stably, and has a novel structure.SOLUTION: In a device 10 for spraying a medical powder inside a body which includes a spraying passage for spraying a medical powder with a pressure gas and also includes an operational means 32 for spraying the medical powder and halting by switching between supply of the pressure gas and a halt of the supply, a double-cylinder structure where an outer cylindrical member 24 is externally fitted on an inner cylindrical member 22 forming the spraying passage is employed. A valve body 78 which covers a distal end opening part of the inner cylindrical member 22 is mounted on a distal end opening part of the outer cylindrical member 24, and an interlocking mechanism for opening and closing the valve body 78 in conjunction with the spraying of the medical powder and the halt of the spraying by the operational means 32 is provided.【課題】癒着防止材などの医療用粉体を圧力気体と共に体内へ安定して噴射することが出来て、例えば内視鏡下手術等に際しても、目的とする癒着防止などの処置を容易に且つ安定して行うことを可能にする、新規な構造を備えた医療用粉体の体内噴射装置を提供する。【解決手段】医療用粉体を圧力気体とともに噴射する噴射通路を備えていると共に、該圧力気体の供給と停止を切り換えて該医療用粉体を噴射および停止する操作手段３２が設けられた医療用粉体の体内噴射装置１０において、前記噴射通路を形成するインナ筒部材２２にアウタ筒部材２４が外挿された二重筒構造とされており、該インナ筒部材２２の先端開口部を覆う弁体７８が該アウタ筒部材２４の先端開口部に装着されていると共に、前記操作手段３２による前記医療用粉体の噴射および停止に連動して該弁体７８を開放および閉鎖する連動機構が設けられている。【選択図】図４
