Provided are a shower gel and a preparation method therefor. The shower gel is composed of the following formulation components in parts by mass: 10-20 parts of Angelica dahurica, 2-4 parts of a thickening powder, 10-12 parts of salicylic acid, 10-12 parts of a Myosotis sylvatica extract, 5-7 parts of dodecylbetaine, 6-8 parts of tetrasodium ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid, 1-3 parts of fructo-oligosaccharide, 5-7 parts of alkenyl sulphonate, and 6-10 parts of jojoba seed oil. The long term use thereof has the effects of ameliorating large pores and coarse skin.
