PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation guidance system of a working vehicle in which single braking operation is made easily.SOLUTION: An operation guidance system of a working vehicle includes a communication unit 61 for transmitting and receiving a signal between a mobile terminal 70 and itself. The system also includes: a right brake pedal 13R and a left brake pedal 13L for operating brake independently in left and right, respectively； a brake disconnecting operation tool 34 for operating a brake pedal connection 33 for connecting or disconnecting the right brake pedal 13R and the left brake pedal 13L； brake combined operation locking means 37 for locking or unlocking the operation of the brake disconnecting operation tool 34； and lock state detection means 38 for detecting a locked state of the brake disconnecting operation tool 34.
