PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a virus inactivation sheet in which inorganic fine particles (antiviral agent) having an antiviral effect efficiently act without mutual agglomeration independently of the presence or absence of an envelope and in spite of small particle diameters and which has high adhesion between an antiviral agent and a substrate.SOLUTION: The virus inactivation sheet 100 includes a sheet body 10 and an antiviral agent 1 held on the sheet body 10.
