PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in which conventionally main means for extermination of the Dermanyssus gallinae in a chicken house is high-pressure water washing and insecticide spraying, however, the insecticide spraying is concerned about the emergence of harmful insects having resistance against insecticide, the insecticide contamination of eggs and chickens, and the influence to health of employees, etc.SOLUTION: A sodium borate water solution is sprayed in a place where eggs, larvae and imagines of the Dermanyssus gallinae are easily hidden in, or a gap structure processed by the sodium borate water solution is installed in a breeding environment, and thereby the Dermanyssus gallinae in the chicken house can be exterminated. Also, if a compound reacting with water and generating a hypochlorous acid is added to the sodium borate water solution and sprayed, the chicken house can be deodorized and sterilized.COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】従来、鶏舎内のワクモ駆除の主たる手段は、高圧水洗浄と殺虫剤散布であった。殺虫剤散布は、殺虫剤に耐性を持つ害虫の出現、鶏卵、鶏肉の殺虫剤汚染、授業員の健康への影響などが懸念される。【解決手段】ワクモの卵、幼虫、成虫の潜みやすい場所にホウ酸ナトリウ水溶液を散布し、あるいはホウ酸ナトリウム水溶液で処理した空隙構造体を飼育環境内に設置することで鶏舎のワクモを駆除することができる。また、ホウ酸ナトリウム水溶液に水と反応して次亜塩素酸を発生する化合物を添加して散布すれば鶏舎を消臭、殺菌することができる。
