The invention relates to a method for producing a tissue matrix for an allotransplantation or a xenotransplantation, according to which, once a biological tissue has been obtained, said tissue is classified, said tissue is treated and the tissue matrix produced is conditioned, all of said steps being implemented in an automated manner inside the same "classified" reactor. The invention also relates to the reactor allowing the implementation of the method of the invention.La présente invention propose un procédé d'obtention d'une matrice tissulaire pour allogreffe ou xénogreffe, selon lequel, après récupération d'un tissu biologique on classe ledit tissu, on traite ledit tissu et on conditionne la matrice tissulaire obtenue, toutes ces étapes étant mises en œuvre de façon automatisée à l'intérieur d'un même réacteur "classé". L'invention propose également le réacteur permettant de mettre en œuvre le procédé de l'invention.
