PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which can reduce deterioration of precision concerning scraped amount of powder per one pack and further can efficiently scrape the powder.SOLUTION: A packaging device presets prescription data which includes packaging number to be packaged, performs a scraping operation for scraping granules on a groove by using a first scraping member which moves a groove member formed of a groove for depositing granules and scrapes the granules on the groove or a second scraping member having a scraping width wider than that of the first scraping member in accordance with the preset prescription data, and performs the packaging.
