PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an MRI apparatus having a function to support the change in an imaging condition within the range at or less than an SAR upper limit.SOLUTION: An MRI apparatus for executing the imaging composed of a plurality of imaging units sequentially for an analyte, comprises: an imaging condition storage part for storing the individual imaging conditions for said imaging units； an SAR plan value calculating part for calculating an SAR plan value from said imaging condition； an after-stop SAR plan value calculating part for calculating an after-stop SAR plan value varying with the lapse of the stop time, in the case where said imaging stops； a change condition calculation part for calculating the imaging condition relaxed as a result that the after-stop SAR plan value is decreased below said SAR plan value； a change condition display part for displaying the changeable imaging conditions for said loosened imaging unit, in a list within a changeable imaging plan； and a condition updating part for updating the imaging condition, if said imaging condition is changed, in accordance with the changed content.
