The heat exchange device of the loading hopper is located in its conical part and is formed as a coil with holes and the screw built-in inside it. The loading hopper is provided with a chimney flue. The swelling chamber is communicated from below with the product duct formed by unloading conveyor, and in the upper part of which the adjustable water spray nozzles are mounted.
