The present invention relates to an apparatus for planning a dental implant fixture and, more specifically, to the fixture planning apparatus for planning a fixture, which becomes an artificial root for a tooth on the alveolar bone, comprising: a mount combined with a fixture combining portion formed unrotatably on one end of the fixture； a screw member rotatably combined with the mount； and a main body including a main body through-hole formed to be parallel to the central shaft of the fixture, a first portion to be coupled formed on one end portion of the main body through-hole and combined unrotatably with a first coupling portion of the mount, and a containing groove into which a head portion of the screw member is detachably contained so as to be rotatably combined.
