The present invention relates to a scaffold production method for transplanting non-autologous cells. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a flat heat-dissipation device integrally comprises: a lower case； a microfiber structure formed on an inner surface of the lower case； and a supporting projection attached from each other to face the lower case and partially protruding toward the microfiber structure to support the same, and the flat heat-dissipation device further comprises an upper case. In the microfiber structure, a liquid flow is formed as a coolant liquid invades therein. Moreover, a gas flow is formed by vaporized coolant gas at a space between the upper and lower cases.본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른평판형 방열장치는, 하부 케이스, 상기 하부 케이스 내면에 형성된 미세 섬유 조직체, 상기 하부 케이스와 대향하며 서로 합착되고, 상기 미세 섬유 조직체를 향해 부분적으로 돌출되어 상기 미세 섬유 조직체를 지지하는 지지 돌기를 일체로 포함하고 상부 케이스를 포함한다. 상기 미세 섬유 조직체에는 냉매용 액체가 침습되어 액체 유동을 형성하고, 상기 상부 케이스와 하부 케이스 사이의 공간에는 기화된 냉매용 기체가 기체 유동을 형성한다.
