The ballistocardiogram analysis method to measure and analyze the ballistocardiogram of a subject in a vehicle includes: a vehicle measuring step of measuring the momentum of the vehicle according to driving of the vehicle； a pattern selecting step of selecting a pattern from a pattern database depending on the measured momentum； a signal processing step of processing a signal by performing a pattern matching on the measured ballistocardiogram by using the selected pattern； and a recognizing step of recognizing living conditions of the subject by using the result of the signal processing step.차량에 탑승한 피험자의 심탄도를 측정하여 분석하는 심탄도 분석 방법으로서, 차량의 주행에 따른 차량의 물리적 운동량을 측정하는 차량측정단계； 측정된 물리적 운동량에 따라 패턴데이터베이스에서 패턴을 선택하는 패턴선택단계； 측정된 심탄도를 선택된 패턴으로 패턴 매칭을 수행하여 신호를 처리하는 신호처리단계； 및 신호처리단계의 결과를 이용하여 피험자의 생체 상태를 인지하는 인지단계；를 포함하는 심탄도 분석 방법 및 시스템이 소개된다.
