PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological transportation system or the like capable of supplying carbon dioxide without mounting a cylinder. SOLUTION: A storage tank 10 for storing fuel gas, a fuel cell 20 for generating carbon dioxide and generating electric power, a heat pump 30 for cooling living organisms such as live fish by using the generated electric power, and a heat pump 30 are used. A biological transport system 1 having a carbon dioxide supply means such as a water tank 41 that supplies the generated carbon dioxide to an organism such as a live fish and gives an anesthetic effect to the organism such as a live fish.
