PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a calculus removal device capable of surely removing plural calculi and calculus fragments to outside of a body.SOLUTION: A calculus removal device 10 comprises: a cylinder 11 a screw 12 and a hand operation part 13. The cylinder comprises a storage part 11a capable of storing a calculus and calculus fragment, and an opening part 11b communicating with and opened to the storage part. The screw is disposed in the storage part, and the screw is formed into a helicoid shape so that the screw draws the calculus in the storage part, via the opening part, following to rotation around an axis of the cylinder along a longitudinal direction, and moves the calculus to a base end side of the cylinder.
