The invention relates to a method for preparing biocompatible materials for restoration-preservation of cultural heritage goods on textile carrier. According to the invention, the method consists in setting the genetic profiles of historical hemp fibres, identifying genetic lines of contemporary plants related to said hemp, growing them, culture of the fibres which are further processed, physical-mechanical characterization of historical textile fibres and contemporary plant fibres which, in the end, are enzymatically treated at a temperature of 50°C, for 20 min, and dried, for 1 h, at a temperature of 105°C.Invenţia se referă la o metodă de obţinere a unor materiale biocompatibile pentru restaurarea-conservarea bunurilor de patrimoniu cultural pe suport textil. Metoda conform invenţiei constă în stabilirea profilelor genetice ale unor fibre textile istorice de cânepă, identificarea liiniilor genetice de plante contemporane înrudite cu cele de cânepă, cultivarea acestora, cultivarea fibrelor, care sunt în continuare prelucrate, caracterizarea fizico-mecanică a fibrelor textile istorice şi a celor din plante contemporane, care în final sunt tratate enzimatic la temperatura de 50°C timp de 20 min, cu uscare timp de 1 h, la temperatura de 105°C.
