According to one aspect of the present invention, provided is a rotational pressing device capable of electrical control, the device comprising: a motor for providing torque to a predetermined rotational pressing means; a power control unit for supplying power to the motor; a central processing device for controlling the power control unit; and a rotational speed sensor for measuring the rotational speed of the motor or the rotational pressing means, and, in said rotational pressing device capable of electrical control, the central processing device comprises a fault detection unit for receiving the rotational speed transmitted from the rotational speed sensor, and the fault detection unit sends a control signal to the central processing device if a fault in the rotational speed is detected, such that the central processing device stops the power supply of the power control unit.
