The present invention relates to NK cells and PBMCs with increased cytotoxicity. In particular, the NK cells and PBMCs introduced with foreign mitochondria enhance an immune system of a human body and enhance a therapeutic effect on infectious diseases or cancer. Therefore, a composition comprising the NK cells and PBMCs can be used as a composition for preventing or treating infectious diseases and cancer.
