PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for tray for use in manufacturing frozen noodles, having low-temperature impact resistance, controllability of drawdown in vacuum forming, and a resistance to twisting in a well balanced manner and a tray for use in manufacturing frozen noodles, formed from the sheet.SOLUTION: The sheet for tray for use in manufacturing frozen noodles includes an olefin resin composition containing polyethylene having a melt flow rate of 0.1 to 5 g/10 min and a density of 930 g/mor less, and polypropylene having a melt flow rate of 0.1 to 10 g/10 min and a melting point of 140°C or higher, with a mass ratio between polyethylene and polypropylene of 25:75 to 70:30.
