FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardiovascular surgery. Endovenous synthetic patch is implanted in the patients with left ventricular postinfarction aneurysms. Oval synthetic patch equal to the diameter of the aneurysm in its widest part is implanted with two continuous blanket sutures. First suture is started in a basal part of an interventricular septum (IVS), and then along a partition wall to an apex of a left ventricle and further towards a back and lateral walls of LV. Second continuous blanket suture starts from the previous seam at a distance equal to half the radius of the patch. Second seam direction corresponds to the first one. Выполняют имплантацию эндовентрикулярной синтетической заплаты у больных с постинфарктными аневризмами левого желудочка.
