PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trocar attachment for inserting a flexible endoscope to a trocar for a hard mirror and making it usable without damaging an outer cover of the flexible endoscope.SOLUTION: An elastic seal hole 13 is provided on an entrance side of a trocar 10, and a trocar attachment 20 includes an insertion tube 21 inserted into a mantle tube 11 of the trocar 10 by pushing and widening the seal hole 13 instead of a hard mirror, and an annular seal member 24 pushed and widened by a flexible endoscope 30 when the flexible endoscope 30 is inserted into the insertion tube 21 to seal a gap at the position inside the insertion tube 21. Resistance when the flexible endoscope 30 pushes and widens the annular seal member 24 and passes through there becomes smaller than resistance when the flexible endoscope 30 is directly inserted to the seal hole 13 of the trocar 10, pushes and widens the seal hole 13 and passes through.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】軟性内視鏡の外皮を損傷することなく、軟性内視鏡を硬性鏡用のトラカールに通して使用することができるようにするトラカールアタッチメントを提供すること。【解決手段】トラカール10の入口部側には弾力性のあるシール孔13が設けられ、トラカールアタッチメント20には、硬性鏡に代えてシール孔13を押し広げてトラカール10の外套管11内に挿入される挿入管21と、その挿入管21内に軟性内視鏡30が通された時にその軟性内視鏡30により押し広げられて挿入管21内のその位置の隙間をシールするための環状シール部材24とが設けられ、軟性内視鏡30がトラカール10のシール孔13に直接通されてシール孔13を押し広げて通過する場合の抵抗より、軟性内視鏡30が環状シール部材24を押し広げてそこを通過する場合の抵抗の方が小さくなるように構成されている。【選択図】 図1
