PREPARATION OF ANTIBODY OR AN ANTIBODY FRAGMENT-TARGETED IMMUNOLIPOSOMES FOR SYSTEMIC ADMINISTRATION OF THERAPEUTIC OR DIAGNOSTIC AGENTS AND USES THEREOF
A method of preparing an antibody- or antibody fragment-targeted cationic immunoliposome or polymer complex comprises the steps of (a) preparing an antibody or antibody fragment； (b) mixing said antibody or antibody fragment with a cationic liposome to form a cationic immunoliposome or with a cationic polymer to form a polyplex； and (c) mixing said cationic immunoliposome or said polyplex with a therapeutic or diagnostic agent to form said antibody- or antibody fragment-targeted cationic immunoliposome or polymer complex.항체- 또는 항체 단편-표적화 양이온성 면역리포좀 또는 중합체 복합체를 제조하는 방법은 (a) 항체 또는 항체 단편을 제조하고, (b) 상기 항체 또는 항체 단편을 양이온성 리포좀과 혼합하여 양이온성 면역리포좀을 형성하거나 양이온성 중합체와 혼합하여 중합체 복합체를 형성하고, (c) 상기 양이온성 면역리포좀 또는 상기 중합체 복합체를 치료제 또는 진단제와 혼합하여 상기 항체- 또는 항체 단편-표적화 양이온성 면역리포좀 또는 중합체 복합체를 형성하는 단계를 포함한다.
