1.A soil-working machine, comprising: a frame; a wheel interacting with the ground, mounted on the frame and made with the possibility of moving between a raised position without interaction with the ground and a working position with interaction with the ground, while the wheel interacting with the ground, being in the working position, rotates around the wheel axis when moving the machine on the ground; an actuator for moving the wheel interacting with the ground between the raised and working positions; and a control system that includes a sensor for detecting the rotation of the ground interacting wheel, a controller that receives an input signal from the sensor, and the controller is operatively connected to the actuator to allow the actuator to lift the ground interacting wheel when the sensor detects that the ground interacting wheel does not rotate 2. The machine of claim 1, further comprising means for detecting when the machine is in operation to cultivate the land, and actuating only the control system to raise the ground engaging wheel when the machine is in operation, and the sensor determines that the ground engaging wheel is not rotates 3. The machine of claim 1, further comprising a plurality of ground-engaging wheels and one or more sensors for detecting the absence of rotation of any of the ground-engaging wheels, wherein the control system is operable to raise all of the ground-engaging wheels together in response to lack of rotation of one of the wheels interacting with the ground. 4.
