PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of determining the subjects skin quality concerning wrinkles, age spots and the risk of causing sensitive skin by genetic testing and further provide cosmetics suitable for the skin quality of each subject determined by the genetic testing.SOLUTION: A method of determining a subjects skin quality includes the steps of: deciding the genotypes of MMP1 gene, ASIP gene, Filaggrin gene, and SPINK 5 gene concerning a biological sample isolated from a subject and determining whether or not the subjects skin quality has a high risk of causing wrinkles, whether or not his skin quality has a high risk of causing age spots, and whether or not his skin quality has a high risk of causing sensitive skin based on the decided genotype.
