PURPOSE: Poultry feed containing agaricus bisporus powder as a beneficial component and poultry meat raised with the same are provided to increase HDL cholesterol content of eggs and hen by using agaricus bisporus powder as a beneficial component. CONSTITUTION: Poultry feed contains agaricus bisporus powder as a beneficial component manufactured by drying and crushing agaricus bisporus. The mixed feed for raising poultry includes a feed additive of 0.5-1%. The poultry is raised with the mixed feed for 12 weeks. The HDL cholesterol content of the poultry feed is increased to 86% while increasing freshness, anti-oxidation, hardness, and shelf life of eggs. 본 발명은 양송이 분말을 유효성분으로 하는 가금용 사료 및 그를 이용한 가금육제품에 관한 것으로 기본사료에 양송이 분말을 0.5~1.0%(w/w)로 혼합한 사료조성물을 산란계와 육계에 투여사육한 결과 계란의 선도, 저장성, 항산화성, 난황의 경도, 인지질함량 증대 효과 외에도 HDL콜레스테롤 함량을 86%증가 시키고 LDL콜레스테롤 함량 50% 및 중성지질 함량 50% 감소된 고품질 계란을 생산할 수있을 뿐 아니라, 육계의 HDL콜레스테롤 증가, LDL콜레스테롤 함량 감소 및 중성지질 함량 감소 효과 외에도 가슴육 및 다리육의 냄새가 적고 향미가 좋아 기호도가 향상된 뛰어난 효과가 있다.
