A machine is designed for sowing seeds of crop grown with mulching paper. The machine has arrangement to vary distance between wheels to account for seedbed spacing. The machine comprised of compressed air arrangement, heating arrangement, pneumatic cylinder with a tool attached to its end. An electro - pneumatic system operates cylinder and hole is made in mulching paper. Also, the machine has a system to drop seeds in hole made on mulching paper. Figure 1
