The present invention relates to technologies related to a method and an apparatus for controlling a C-arm rotation angle in a medical imaging apparatus. More specifically, the present invention relates to a technology for controlling a C-arm to allow a C-arm rotation angle to be an optimum C-arm rotation angle appropriate for obtaining an optimum medical image.
