The tube has a wall constituted by a succession of co-axial, cylindrical, continuous and non-porous collagen e.g. reticulated atelocollagen, films, where the tube has an inner diameter ranging between 50 micrometers and 10 millimeters (mm), and a length ranging between 5 mm and 10 centimeters. Each film has thickness ranging between 0.5-4 micrometers, where the films have collagen I, collagen II or mixtures of collagen I and II. One of the films constitutes an inner layer of the wall and has collagen IV. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a bundle of collagen tubes (2) an association of collagen tubes (3) a method for fabrication of a collagen tube.
