A cassette with brackets for use with a surgical stapling instrument, comprising: a cassette body, comprising: a panel； a plurality of sockets for brackets formed in said panel, each said bracket holder having an opening in said panel； a plurality of brackets in which at least a portion of each said bracket is stored with the possibility of extraction in said bracket holder, each said bracket being made with the ability to move between activated and non-activated positions, and wherein said plurality of staples comprises a first group of staples and a second group of staples； and an implantable compressible part comprising a first part and a second part, said first part being detachably attached to said second part and said first part being able to be gripped into said first group of brackets, and said second part is made to be gripped to said second group staples. 2. The cassette with brackets according to claim 1, in which the specified compressible part contains at least one perforation between the specified first part and the specified second part. The cassette with brackets according to claim 1, further comprising a first fastener that releasably holds said first part on said panel and a second fastener that detachably holds said second part on said panel. A cassette with brackets according to claim 3, further comprising a proximal end and a distal end, the surgical stapling instrument comprising a cutting element configured to move between said proximal end and said distal end1.
