An implant for replacing a vertebral body is provided. The implant for replacing the vertebral body according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention includes: upper and lower bone fusion members made of a biologically active crystallizable glass material, provided with a bone fusion member having a shape corresponding to the surface of the vertebral body on one side thereof and spaced apart from each other with an interval and a length adjusting part disposed on a gap between the upper and lower bone fusion members and adjusting the interval on a gap between the upper and lower bone fusion members through sliding movement during operation of a user to vary the overall length.
