PURPOSE: An ultrasonic generator and ultrasonic oscillator are provided to cure wide domain of skin in a short time by controlling phase difference using an ultrasonic oscillator and irradiating ultrasound.CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic generator and ultrasonic oscillator comprises two symmetric sonic wave transducer devices which are symmetrical, an ultrasonic oscillator(10) which generates unltrasound having one focal region according to phase difference an ultrasonic driver(20) which drives the ultrasonic oscillator a control unit(30) which controls the ultrasound driver by diversifying phase differences between sonic wave converter devices to adjust the number of focal region of ultrasound and a supersonic output unit(40) which irradiates ultrasound generated from the ultrasonic oscillator to skin.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013[Reference numerals] (10) Ultrasonic oscillator (20) Ultrasonic driver (30) Control unit (40) Ultrasonic output unit (50) Power circuit controller DAC, sensing circuit (60) Power circuit(asymmetric half-bridge)본 발명에 따른 초음파 발생장치가 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 초음파 발생장치는 대칭적인 두 개의 소자로 구성된 적어도 한 쌍의 음파 변환기(transducer) 소자를 포함하며, 상기 소자간 위상차에 따라 적어도 하나의 초점 영역을 갖는 초음파가 발생 되는 초음파 진동자, 상기 초음파 진동자를 구동시키는 초음파 구동부, 상기 음파 변환기 소자간의 위상차를 변화시키면서 상기 초음파의 초점 영역의 수가 조정되도록, 상기 초음파 구동부를 제어하는 제어부 및 상기 초음파 진동자에서 발생한 초음파를 피부에 조사하는 초음파 출력부를 포함하여 구성된다. 한편, 본 발명에 따른 피초음파 진동장치를 사용하면, 위하여 완전 대칭의 적어도 한 쌍의 음파변환기 소자(transducer)로 구성된 초음파 진동자를 이용하여 소자간 위상차를 조정하면서, 초음파를 조사함으로써 짧은 시간에 넓은 영역의 피부를 치료할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 특히 본 초음파 진동 장치를 이용하면, 기존의 기다란 음파 변환기에 비하여 3배 이상의 영역에 적용이 가능하여 짐에 따라 단기간에 모든 시술을 마칠 수 있다는 장점이 있다.
